Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "Member") and Bagong4D (the "Company", "Platform", "We", or "Us") governing your access to and use of the online betting and gaming services available at bagong4d.cam and any associated subdomains or mobile interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the Bagong4D platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your account. The Platform is operated and maintained in accordance with the applicable international gaming regulations under which the Company holds its operating licence.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

To register and maintain an active account on the Bagong4D platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Bagong4D strictly enforces the 21+ minimum age requirement for all gaming and betting activities. Registration by or on behalf of any person under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited.
• You are registering on your own behalf as an individual, natural person. Corporate or institutional account registrations are not permitted.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable local law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of Bagong4D or any of its affiliated companies.
• You have not previously had an account terminated or suspended by Bagong4D for breach of these Terms.
• You are acting in your personal capacity and not as an agent, representative, or proxy for any third party.

Upon completing the registration form, you will be required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and valid Malaysian contact number. You undertake to keep this information updated at all times.

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, Bagong4D requires all Players to complete the KYC verification process by submitting the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification: Malaysian MyKad, Driver's Licence, or valid Passport.
• Proof of residential address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence issued within the last three (3) months.
• Selfie with identification: A clear photograph of the Player holding their primary ID document.

The Company reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time in accordance with its anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) obligations. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending satisfactory verification.

Each Player may hold one (1) account only. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

Deposits may be made via the approved payment methods listed on the Platform, which include but are not limited to: Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the point of transaction and are subject to change at the Company's discretion.

Deposits are credited to your account in real time in the majority of cases. Where a deposit is not reflected within thirty (30) minutes, you should contact our support team via live chat with the relevant transaction reference number.

Withdrawal requests are processed by the Company within the timeframe published on the Platform, typically within five (5) minutes for verified accounts during normal operating hours. The Company reserves the right to extend processing times during periods of exceptionally high transaction volume or for security verification purposes.

Withdrawals will only be approved to payment methods or bank accounts registered in the same name as the Bagong4D account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. The minimum withdrawal amount and any applicable transaction limits are displayed within the Player's account portal.

The following conditions must be met before a withdrawal request will be approved:

• KYC verification has been successfully completed.
• The Player has met all applicable wagering requirements on any active bonus funds.
• The withdrawal amount does not exceed the maximum cash-out limit applicable to any active promotional offer.
• No pending security review or AML investigation is active on the account.

All balances, wagers, bonus credits, and transaction amounts are denominated exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). The Platform does not support multi-currency accounts. Players depositing via international payment channels may incur conversion fees imposed by their own financial institution, for which Bagong4D accepts no liability.

Bagong4D offers various promotional incentives to new and existing Players, including but not limited to: welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free-spin allocations, and VIP loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, which supplement and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms.

• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Systematic or professional exploitation of promotional offers is prohibited.
• The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or redeemed for cash prior to meeting wagering requirements.
• Each eligible promotion may be claimed once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise specified.

All bonus funds are subject to a wagering (rollover) requirement, which specifies the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before a withdrawal is permitted. Standard wagering requirements on the Bagong4D platform range from X10 to X20 unless a different multiplier is stated in the specific promotion terms. For example, a bonus of RM100 with a X15 rollover requires RM1,500 in total qualifying wagers before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.

When Bonus Funds are active in your account, a maximum single-bet limit applies. This limit is typically between MYR 250 and MYR 500 per wager and is specified in each individual promotion's terms. Placing a bet that exceeds the stated maximum bet limit while Bonus Funds are active constitutes a breach of the promotion terms and may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

Different game categories contribute at different rates toward the fulfilment of wagering requirements. As a general guide: slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack) typically contribute 10%–20%; sports bets contribute at a rate specified per promotion; and certain game categories may be entirely excluded from bonus wagering. Players are advised to review the contribution table specific to each promotion before selecting which games to play.

Bonus Funds that are not utilised and wagering requirements that are not completed within the applicable expiry window will be automatically forfeited. Standard expiry windows are 7, 14, or 30 calendar days from the date of bonus crediting, as specified per promotion. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be removed from the account without further notice.

The specific rules governing individual betting markets — including settlement procedures, void bet policies, abandoned event rules, and in-play betting conditions — are published within the relevant product sections of the Platform. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager.

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are accepted at the discretion of Bagong4D. The Platform reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any bet without providing a reason.
• Palpable Errors: Where odds are published or a bet is accepted due to a manifest or palpable error (including but not limited to a system error or data feed error resulting in clearly incorrect odds), Bagong4D reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the stake to the Player's account.
• Bet Confirmation: A bet is only confirmed once a unique bet reference number has been issued by the system. Bets that have not received a confirmed reference should not be assumed to have been placed.
• Winning Payments: Winnings are credited to the Player's account balance upon settlement of the relevant market. The timing of settlement varies by product and event type.
• Suspicious Activity: Bagong4D employs automated monitoring systems to detect suspicious betting patterns. Accounts displaying irregular patterns may be subject to enhanced scrutiny, bet restrictions, or suspension pending investigation.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Bagong4D platform. Violation of any of the prohibitions listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Creating or operating more than one (1) registered account.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or the KYC process.
• Sharing account credentials with, or allowing access by, any third party.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in games or betting markets for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Players or with staff members of the Company.
• Abusing the bonus system through systematic exploitation, arbitrage, or the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of any part of the Platform.

Bagong4D reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its absolute discretion, including — but not limited to — the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or involvement in criminal conduct.
• A Player's voluntary request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gambling Policy.
• An account found to be operated by or on behalf of a person under 21 years of age.
• Inactive account status (no login activity for a period of twelve consecutive months).

Where an account is closed due to a Player's breach of these Terms, the Company reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance at its reasonable discretion, subject to applicable legal obligations. Where an account is closed at a Player's own request and no breach has occurred, the remaining real-money balance will be returned via the Player's last-used withdrawal method following satisfactory KYC verification.

Bagong4D is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides a range of tools to assist Players in managing their gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, self-exclusion options, and cooling-off periods. These tools are accessible at any time from within the account settings area.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bagong4D and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any of its services.
• Errors, interruptions, delays, or outages affecting the Platform or its third-party service providers.
• Loss of data, profit, revenue, goodwill, or anticipated savings arising from Platform use.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials.
• Any action taken by the Company in accordance with these Terms, including account suspension or forfeiture of funds where a breach has occurred.

The Company's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim, regardless of the form of action, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Bagong4D account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

All content on the Bagong4D platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, trademarks, service marks, website design, software, text, graphics, images, game interfaces, and audio-visual content — is the exclusive intellectual property of Bagong4D or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable international copyright and intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. This licence does not grant you any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express prior written consent of Bagong4D.

Bagong4D reserves the right to revise, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time and without prior individual notice to Players. The most current version of the Terms will always be available at bagong4d.cam/terms-conditions and will display the effective date of the latest revision at the top of the page.

Your continued use of the Platform after the posting of revised Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and, if applicable, request closure of your account. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically for any updates.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company holds its operating licence, without regard to conflict of law principles. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the Player's use of the Platform, the Parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) calendar days, either Party may refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised international arbitration body, the decision of which shall be final and binding on both Parties.

Nothing in this clause shall limit Bagong4D's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction in relation to any actual or threatened breach of these Terms.
