All personal data stored on Bagong4D servers is encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit via TLS 1.3. Your account credentials, transaction records, and KYC documents are never stored in plain text.

3.1 Registration & Account Data- Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification.
- Date of birth (for age verification — players must be 21 years of age or older).

- Wager history, game session records, bet outcomes, and accumulated winings.
- Sports betting selections, live betting activity, and parlay combinations.
- Game preferences, session durations, and in-platform navigation patterns.
- IP address, browser type and version, operating system, and device type.
- Referring URL, pages visited, session timestamps, and clickstream data.
- Cookie identifiers, session tokens, and analytics data collected via first-party tracking tools.
- Geolocation data at the city or region level (not precise GPS coordinates) derived from IP address.
- Records of live chat sessions, support ticket correspondence, and email exchanges with the Bagong4D support team.

Purpose & Legal Basis for Processing

- KYC and Identity Verification Partners: Third-party identity verification service providers who assist in authenticating Player identity documents in compliance with our AML obligations.

Bagong4D retains personal data only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. The following retention periods apply as general guide:

Minors & Age Policy
The Bagong4D Platform is strictly intended for persons who are at least 21 years of age. Bagong4D does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. The Platform employs age verification procedures at registration and through KYC review to enforce this requirement.
If Bagong4D discovers or is informed that it has inadvertently collected personal data from a person under the age of 21, we will take immediate steps to:
